Mixed Experience

lacking service hot water
The breakfast included plenty of choice and the staff were friendly.
The service was lacking. I returned late one evening and attempted to take a hot shower, but there was no hot water. No one addressed the problem until the next morning. A 24-hour front desk is necessary.

a stay with some drawbacks

high fee uncomfortable bed
The breakfast was basic, it did not impress me much. also, the parking fee felt quite high. I think £12.50 per day is a bit much. the bed wasn't great either, i found it uncomfortable. noisy neighbors did not improve the experience.
